K-Pot offers both worlds of Korean BBQ and Asian Hot Pot.

What is Hot Pot? Hot pot is an Asian cooking method, prepared with a simmering pot of soup stock at the dining table, containing a variety of East Asian foods and ingredients. While your hot pot is simmering, ingredients are placed into the pot and are cooked at the table in front of your eyes, in a manner similar to fondue.

Korean barbecue known locally as (고기구이) gogi-gui, “Meat Roast”, refers to the Korean cuisine method of grilling meat such as beef, chicken or pork, that you prepare yourself at your table. Our menu offers an extensive selection of fresh quality meats, seafood, noodles, and vegetables for Hot Pot and BBQ experience.

Role Overview

A busser helps the wait staff and bartenders improve the dining experience for customers. They play a crucial part in a restaurant, performing a range of duties including assisting guests with orders, running out foods to the guests table, and retrieving empty plates on their way back.

Responsibilities & Duties

● Primary job functions include loading food onto the runner’s cart, double checking orders, running food out from kitchen to customer, making sure customers receive accurate food

● Menu knowledge should be extensive. Awareness and ability to describe all food, drink, and special menu items, if asked by a guest

● Attention to detail and organization skills to ensure the correct food orders are matched to the correct guest

● Cleaning and refilling all food plates, bowls, and utensils

● Ability to lift boxes occasionally up to 25lbs. Standing on one’s feet in a fast paced environment for a period of approximately 4 hours or longer

● At the end of the shift, the dining room is broken down and reset for the next day’s service, including all busser carts, soup trays, kitchen tools, and garbage pails cleaned/lined

● Maybe asked to perform other related tasks or duties as deemed necessary

Qualifications

Minimum - No prior restaurant experience is necessary

Preferred - 1 years prior restaurant experience

What to wear:

● Employees are to wear black pants and non-slip work shoes
